About us
ZaragozaFlatShare is a team of ex-erasmus students born and based in Zaragoza. Having stayed in various countries across Europe on Erasmus, we have since formed friendly relationships with students who choose Zaragoza as their destination for a great Erasmus experience. We have decided to link our professional lives with the student world resulting in the creation of this dedicated project.
ZFS provides rooms in rental flats for students. Our own experiences as Erasmus students have allowed us to become accustomed with the problems that students can face in an unknown city, and what they need to get by. All our flats are in the best possible locations, next to “ la city” (Universidad plaza San Francisco) and in the city centre, which has plenty of transportation services that can take you to every University Campus in just a few minutes (San Francisco, CPS, Universidad San Jorge).
Our philosophy is based on human value, in having total transparency with students, in professionalism and in common sense. Of course our rent includes a legal contract, we ensure that the conditions on the contract are strictly fulfilled by both parties. We take steps to prevent the student from being abused or suffering from trickery or any other disadvantageous situation.
We don´t charge the students any commission. No reservation fees, no viewing fees, or any other fee. The money you send to book your room will be established as the bound/deposit for the contract. When the contract expires your deposit will be fully refunded if there is no damage to the property.
